Tell Me More...

What Is (And Isn't) No Call Coaching?

No Call Coaching is just what it sounds like-- accountability coaching without time consuming phone calls. No more struggling to find time to talk to your coach (or avoiding their calls when things aren't going well). It's project-specific, time limited, call-free accountability

It's text, voice message, or email accountability that can be done anytime, anywhere, on any days of the week that fit for you.

You choose one long-delayed project — the thing you’ve been meaning to do for years — and a real, human coach will hold you accountable to the specific steps you commit to taking each week. No bot, no AI, no auto-responder. Just a coach who has spent the last 35 years helping people get stuff done.

What Kinds of Projects Does This Work For?

Work and Career

Find a new job, launch a new business, develop a new skill, get a promotion, negotiate a raise, improve speaking skills, go back to school, be a more effective manager

Health and Wellness

Stick to an exercise program, develop better sleep habits, follow an eating plan, drink more water, keep up with skin care routines, manage screen time

Creativity and Learning

Learn to cook, organize your home, learn a foreign language, plan a vacation, write a book, plant and maintain a garden, learn to paint, master an instrument, learn a new sport

Relationships

Find a partner, leave a partner, rebuild after loss, be a more engaged parent, make new friends, train your dog, plan a wedding or family event

And more. If you want to get it done, No Call Coaching can work. If you’ve been saying “I know what I need to do but I'm just not doing it” — this program is built for that gap.

How Does It Work?

No Call Coaching is text and voice based support to help you take consistent action on your goal. You set the timeline, the action steps you can commit to, and your coach holds you accountable.

You get:

  • One initial set-up call to establish your goal, timeline, and measurable progress steps.

  • A clear commitment to specific, concrete steps

  • 3–5 short check-ins each week so momentum doesn’t disappear (initiated by the coach via text or voice message)

  • One longer weekly email to review what worked, what didn’t, and what comes next

  • Ongoing adjustment so the project stays realistic, not aspirational

The structure is simple on purpose. The power is in consistency and follow-through.

What Can I Expect?

Clients typically report:

  • Steady progress on goals they’ve postponed for years

  • Less mental churn and second-guessing

  • Increased self-trust from doing what they said they would do

  • A completed project — not just a better plan

Depending on the nature of your project, you can expect to work with your coach for 1-3 months. Then, when you've reached your goal, you stop. And, the next time you have a project you've been putting off or a goal that never seems to get achieved, sign up for another program!

I’m Worried I Won’t Follow Through, Even With A Coach.

That fear is more common than people admit — and it’s one of the main reasons this model exists. You’re not paying for motivation or willpower; you’re paying for consistent, external attention. When someone outside your own head is checking in regularly, follow-through becomes much more likely, even when energy or confidence dips.

When people get stuck, it’s rarely because they don’t know what to do. It’s because emotion takes over and clear thinking disappears.

Having a neutral coach outside the situation helps you reset, think more clearly, and find creative, practical ways to get unstuck and move the project forward.

What If I Don’t Know Exactly What The Next Step Is Yet?

That’s okay. You don’t need a perfect plan to start. Part of the process is helping you clarify next steps when things feel fuzzy or emotionally loaded. When you’re stuck or unsure, we slow it down, problem-solve creatively, and identify a practical step that moves the project forward. I've done this with literally thousands of people around the world over the past 35 years. Sometimes it just takes a little shift to get unstuck.

What If I’ve Already Spent A Lot Of Time And/Or Money Trying To Solve This Already?

That’s actually very common. Most people don’t struggle because they haven’t invested time and money (and mental anguish) — they struggle because their investment has gone into information, tools, or plans rather than consistent follow-through.

That money and time isn't lost. This isn’t about starting over — it’s about creating the conditions where the effort you’ve already made can finally turn into progress.

(No) Call to Action

If you’re done talking about it, this is where action starts.

  1. Choose the project.

  2. Sign up for No Call Coaching.

  3. Meet with your coach by phone one time.

  4. Commit to the steps.

  5. Let someone hold you to it and turn a long-standing intention into visible progress

Are you ready to get the thing done, once and for all?

Let's GO!

“Coach Traci, what can I say, she was an incredible support at a time where I was pretty unsure of myself. Her ability to provide perspective, validate my feelings and provide me with the tools to move forward were uncanny. I will always value her input and carry her advice with me today."
